Air ConditioningBy Speedy ElectricOctober 30, 2022

Running the AC and having the windows open at the same time generally isn’t a good idea. In short, it’s a waste of the air conditioning and can impact the air quality inside a home. Opening windows defeats how an air conditioning or HVAC system functions. When windows are open, the airflow of the system…

Signs Your AC is Low on Freon

Air ConditioningBy Speedy ElectricJuly 29, 2022Leave a comment

One of the most important parts of your air conditioning unit is its refrigerant lines. The refrigerant lines connect the outdoor unit to the evaporator coil, which pumps refrigerant past a blower fan and through your home’s vents. This process produces the wonderfully cooled air that alleviates the discomfort of stuffy summer days, but…

Should You Turn Your Air Conditioner Off When You Leave Your Home?

Air ConditioningBy Speedy ElectricMarch 25, 2022

One of the most common misconceptions about using an air conditioner is that it is less energy efficient to leave it on all day at a comfortable temperature than to turn the AC unit off when you leave and turn it back on when you arrive home. Turning on the AC when you return home…

Our Reviews

We have been working with them for years through our Home Warranty to fix AC issues. I am amazed with how quick and reliable they are! Speedy name fits them like a glove! All their technicians are friendly and professional and they come on time, Josh even worked around our schedule and came earlier than usual, we appreciate that. Great company and I would recommend them. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is that there have been times when thier job was somewhat superficial and they had to come 2-3 times to fix the same problem, which caused us a little frustration because they didn’t explain what exacty was going on with our system. But they fixed it, so it got done in the end. That is one point I would like them to work on and improve.
