						I had Speedy out today and William (13), the technician, was very professional, knowledgable, and helpful. I might add that this was a warranty call through OneGuard as well. 						We got a heads up email telling us the tech was on his way. Our appointment time was 11:00 to 3:00. Josh arrived at 1:00. He thoroughly checked out both AC units outside and the drain systems and filters in the attic and the thermostats in the house. Explained everything he did and that everything was in good shape. Josh was very professional.

						Installed new closet AC/Heating unit and out side unit. Had to rebuild the return air box inside the closet. Few years later had a lighting strike fry my AC circuit board. Insurance paid me to repair the unit, Speedy informed me that the unit was still under factory warranty and repaired it at no cost to me.

						Donny and his team replaced my old unit with a heat pump in 2018.  Later in 2019 he installed a zoning system so i could regulate upstairs and downstairs.  My system has really saved money on my energy bills.  
He even helped me when i asked him about installing a thermostat for my girlfriend.  Great customer service.

						My AC was blowing hot air. Called Speedy and they sent a tech out. He quickly found the problem and it was a loose wire in my breaker box. He called out someone on the electrical side to fix the wire and also checked the rest of the panel. Highly recommend Speedy.
