This is the 2nd time we have had to use this company. Outside unit and unit in the house and we have not been disappointed that’s why we came back. They got us an appointment soon and replaced our unit next day just in time for the heat. Even tho we didn’t have to use their financing it was great to know they offered it. Customer service was amazing from the phone agents to both sets of people that came back. We will definitely use them again, hopefully further down the road lol.

It's a long story but I called the owner, he helped me get to the issue by calling others involved. He fixed the problem and the air conditioner in 24 hours. Great customer service and response time. Speedy Electric is on speed dial for us!

Gary was terrific. He quickly diagnosed our electrical issue and fixed our problem. He was very professional and gave great explanations as to what he was doing. Definitely would recommend Speedy for any future electrical problems.

I have used Speedy twice this year through my home warranty to service my air and heat. They were great. Infact when I called my home warranty for my heater to to be serviced for the winter I ask for Speedy. I told them I would wait longer if I had to for Speedy. They were out the next day. We have had great experiences with Speedy Electric. They are our home warranty providers primary choice of vendor and we can see why! They provide great service and take the time to discuss the concerns with us as the home owner.

Our heater stopped working during one of the coldest days of the Monday and it happened to be on Christmas Eve! I was impressed at how quickly they were able to come out and on a holiday at that! He quickly identified the problem and even helped repair the door of the heating unit to make it easy to check going forward.

Update on their service. They came out today and fixed and replaced our air conditioner in the rain. They came when they said they would and the unit is working again. We are satisfied.

My ac unit stopped blowing cold air four days prior. I called a random ac service and they came out. They told me it was something else and it would cost about 450.00. I told the ac service I had a warranty and he changed his tune. I offered to pay for him coming out but he said their system was down. My warranty company called speedy Electric and A/C. They arrived happy and eager to help. I told them what I thought it was and got on it. It turned out to be something else and it was fixed within five minutes. They event checked my coolant levels on both ac units. Just being curious I asked what the price would have been. They told me about a quarter of what the other place was trying to charge even tho they were trying to get me to buy another part. I would recommend Speedy Electric anytime.
